This nice spiral galaxy
NGC3938,
located about 50 million light years from the Earth, is one
of the brightest members of the Ursa Major South galaxy
group. It is, however, not too large and situated in the
field of many other spring galaxies and so it is not very popular object for amateur
astrophotographers. Old data, here after new processing..
