NGC 691 is a nice almost face-on spiral galaxy and also the main member of a galaxy group known as the NGC 691 group. It is located in the constellation Aries (near Sheratan) at a distance of about 120 million light years from Earth. The larger members of the group here are (from left) NGC 694, NGC 691, NGC 680, NGC 678 and probably also NGC 674 on top.
