NGC6384
is a barred spiral galaxy located about 70
million light years away in the
constellation Ophiuchus. In this direction
we
are looking through rather dense Milky Way star field and the galaxy
is therefore often described as a spiral beyond the stars .
To show the galaxy more clearly the stars were here
artificially made slightly smaller.
